Through the years, ATL is fortunate to have a leadership
team that contributes towards the success and growth
of the company. This team is lead by Donald Dobert,
President and COO of ATL. Don is a “hands-on”
person, and interfaces with almost every ATL employee,
every day. He has a strong engineering, manufacturing,
sales, marketing and quality assurance/quality control
background. Don has 25 years of progressive experience
developing, implementing, and administrating Total Quality
Control, ISO-9000, ISO-13485, Statistical Process Control
and Vendor System Requirement programs.
Don has been involved in planning, organizing, extensive
training, establishing policies, writing procedures,
and management of complete business functions in a wide
variety of manufacturing-including Ford, GM, Chrysler,
Six-Sigma, UL, FDA-cGMP, ASME Section III Nuclear, 21CFR
210.211/820, QS-9000 and MIL-STD contracts. Because
Don has such an extensive quality background, he made
it a priority to implement company wide preventive quality
assurance, and allocated resources for continuous cross-training
of ATL employees, with an emphasis on the demanding
quality requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
