Our custom packaging includes in-line cold seal pouching, pick and place applications, lot numbering and custom coding, kit and carton assembly, plus anti-counterfeiting and security (overt and covert) technologies.
Our medical finishing complex includes the encapsulation of two presses in a clean room environment that exceeds Level 100,000 requirements.
Our instrumentation lab has a Kestrel 2-Axis Vision System installed to provide accurate and precise measurements of manufactured components. Our Kestrel unit measures precisely to 1/10000 inch.
Medical Die Cutting
For more than thirty years, ATL has been manufacturing custom die cut components for the medical device industry. These components consist of one-time use disposables with skin sensitive adhesives, hydrocolloid and wound care products, and complex multi-layered material constructions.

Flexographic Label Printing
At ATL, flexographic printing is a cost efficient method for medium to large volume runs on various paper, film, and foam substrates for direct mail, industrial use labels, product identification and disposable medical device printing.
Our narrow web flexo presses range from three to eleven print stations and multiple die cutting stations utilizing water base, UV, and metallic inks.
